This method involves printing the design onto the film first, then transferring the printed film onto fabric or other materials using heat. DTF Process:
Print the Design:
The desired design is printed onto the DTF film using ink specially formulated for textile printing.

Apply Adhesive Powder:
After printing, a layer of adhesive powder is applied over the printed ink. This powder acts as the bonding agent between the ink and the fabric.

Heat Curing:
The printed film is then heat-cured to melt the adhesive and improve bonding with the ink.

Transfer:
The heat-cured film is placed on the target fabric or material. Using a heat press, the design is transferred onto the material.
